Текст читает народный артист Российской Федерации Андрей Смоляков. Our competition is open for talented and bright young dancers from all over the world. The winners of the Anna Pavlova competition have the opportunity to receive free or partially free training (scholarship) at the Vladislav Kuramshin Academy of Classical Russian Ballet, St. Petersburg / Prague / The Hague, as well as free and partially free participation in summer master classes in The Hague (The Netherlands), St. Petersburg (Russia), Prague (Czech Republic), in other countries, as well as in ballet companies that offer their internships to the winners of the competition. The winners are given the opportunity to take part in performances of the ballet Theatre "Choreographic Miniatures" and Vladislav Kuramshin's Academy of Classical Russian Ballet (St. Petersburg / The Hague).
The age of the contestants “Anna Pavlova 2020" - from 6 to 21 years. The competition is held in the categories: "soloists", "ensembles"and "choreographers" - classical, modern, character, various other categories of dance.
Age groups:
Pre-competitive - age 6 -7
Juniors - age 8 - 10
Middle age group - 11 - 14
Senior age group - 15 - 18
Professionals - 19 - 21

VI International Ballet Competition "Anna Pavlova 2020" in The Hague - contest for young and talented dancers from all over the world, age of participants - 6 - 21 years old. In our previous competitions contestants from USA, UK, Israel, Russia, Netherlands, Italy, Ukraine, Egypt, Czech Republic, other countries showed their skill and high professional level.
On the second day of the competition they will perform modern dances, contemporary, character dances, ensembles.

“The Nutcracker”. Music by Pyotr Tchaikovsky. Choreography by Tatiana Petrova and Vladislav Kuramshin (with fragments of V. Vaynonen's choreography). Final day of the International Ballet Competition "Anna Pavlova 2020", audience can see a Gala concert of the winners and laureates as well. The most famous in a world winter ballet "The Nutcracker" was created in Russia by the great Russian composer Pyotr I. Tchaikovsky and was staged for the first time in the XIX century by the glorified ballet master Marius Petipa.
In the new stage version of the Academy of Classical Russian Ballet St. Petersburg / The Hague / Rotterdam leading by Mr. Vladislav Kuramshin (member of International Dance Council CID UNESCO) and Tatiana Petrova this performance which became ballet classic heritage long time ago sounds brightly, vividly, and fascinating.

The choreography by the well-known Saint-Petersburg ballet masters Tatiana Petrova and Vladislav Kuramshin, an interesting video, colourful costumes, and magnificent music will not leave anybody indifferent and will help the audience to plunge into a magical fairy tale world. Talented children take part in the performance. They are the students of the Vladislav Kuramshin's Academy of Classical Russian Ballet The hague/Rotterdam, winners of various International competitions for ballet dancers, and also soloists of the “Choreographic Miniatures” ballet theater. The performance met huge success when played during theater and school tours in Finland (Helsinki) and Latvia (Riga, Ventspils, Daugavpils). In 2012, the performance was put on stage by the authors in the theater "Sentro de Arte", Guayaquil, Ecuador; during the 2014 - 2015 season this ballet saw first performances in The Hague, The Netherlands and in New York and Washington, USA. The leading roles were played by the winners and laureates of international competitions from Russia and The Netherlands.

The ballet "The Snow Queen" is a remarkable, original performance for children, created in January, 2009, in St.-Petersburg on the basis of Andersen's well-known fairy tale. The young soloists of “Choreographic Miniatures” Ballet Theater and students of Vladislav Kuramshin Russian Ballet Academy did everything they could to create a perfect performance. A famous Moscow composer, Konstantin Vassilyev wrote delicate and moving music especially for this ballet. Choreography and staging are by Tatyana Petrova and Vladislav Kuramshin. The story is told by Andrey Smolyakov, National Actor of the Russian Federation. This ballet which will engage not only to children, but also adults, tells the story of little Gerda's warm heart and of the power of love which triumphs over all barriers. The performance is accompanied continuously by a interesting animated video. Only talented young dancers take part in the performance, students of the Vladislav Kuramshin Russian Ballet Academy, winners of various International and All-Russian competitions for ballet dancers.
This ballet performance was shown in Riga, Latvia on tour to huge acclaim. In 2014-2015 - the Dutch premiere of this ballet took place in The Hague. In the main roles, there were winners and laureates of various International and All-Russian competitions for ballet dancers from Russia and The Netherlands.
