Who we are
Stichting Anna Pavlova, The Hague, KvK 63637197, is responsible for processing personal data through this website. Contact: ballet@annapavlovafoundation.com.
What data and why
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, organisation (optional), topic and message. Purpose: to answer your question. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Kept for at most 12 months after your question is handled.
- E-mail and phone: the details you send us yourself, for the same purpose and period.
- Visitor statistics: we count page visits anonymously with Umami, software on our own server (Hetzner, European Union). No cookies are set and your IP address is not stored. Purpose: to understand which pages are read. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Your browser’s ‘Do Not Track’ setting is respected.
Processors
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in the European Union).
- Sending e-mail from the contact form: Resend, Inc. (USA; processing in the EU region, under a data processing agreement).
We do not sell or share your data with others.
Other services
Tickets are bought from Ticketkantoor; WhatsApp is a Meta service. Their own privacy statements apply.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object, and complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). E-mail us; we reply within one month.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The contact form is protected against spam without third-party trackers.
